Ingredients Required to Make Rice Krispie Candy Corn :

Cooking spray
12 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
9 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
3/4 teaspoon fine salt, divided
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
9 cups crisp puffed-rice cereal, divided
Yellow and red food coloring

1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

Step By Step Preparation of Make Rice Krispie Candy Corn :

Step 1 : Lightly oil a loaf pan 5 x 9 inches with cooking spray. In a large saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 4 cups miniature marshmallows and a quarter teaspoon of salt; stir until melted. Stir in 3 cups crisp puffed rice cereal and immediately transfer to the pan. Coat an offset spatula with cooking spray and press the mixture firmly into an even layer.

Step 2 : Rinse saucepan. Repeat step 1 twice: For the second batch, add the orange zest and enough red and yellow food coloring to tint marshmallow mixture before adding orange cereal and press into the mold. For the third batch, add the lemon zest and enough yellow food coloring to tint mixture of yellow marshmallow. Press third batch in the mold.

Step 3 : Let stand 2 hours (or overnight). Run a small knife around the edges of the pan and invert bread on a cutting board. With a serrated knife, cut the bread into 10 slices. Cut each slice in half crosswise.

Step 4 : Using your hands, gently molding each deal in a candy corn shape.
