Hear I present you Halloween Recipe Pumpkin Butter Sugar Cookies
Ingredients Required to Make 24 Pumpkin Butter Sugar Cookies
1) 1/2 cup butter, softened
2) 1 egg
3) 1 cup sugar (plus more for top of cookies, about 1/2 cup)
4) 3 cups flour
5) 1/2 cup pumpkin butter
6) 1 tsp baking soda
Step By Step Preparation of Pumpkin Butter Sugar Cookies:
Step 1 : Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2 : In a mixer, beat butter, sugar and egg and beat until smooth.
Step 3 : Add the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Step 4 : Scoop by tablespoon full onto a baking sheet prepared with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 5 : Place about 1/2 cup sugar in a shallow bowl and using the bottom of a cup, dip into sugar and then press down cookie balls until flat.
Step 6 : Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden.
