Ingredients Required Pear Ghosts :
1) 4 pears
2) 4 popsicle sticks
3) 2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
4) dark chocolate chips for eyes and mouth
Instructions on How to prepare Pear Ghosts :
Pear Ghosts Step 1 : Wash pears and remove stems.
Step 2 : Insert wooden sticks into stem ends.
Step 3 : Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler.
Step 4 : Dip one pear at a time in melted white chocolate, then spoon the melted chocolate over the entire pear to coat evenly.
Step 5 : Place dark chocolate chips to make eyes and mouth; hold in place for a couple of seconds.
Step 6 : Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
